helpful staff peaceful retreat

The location allows quick access to key city attractions. the staff were quite helpful and friendly! i found the room spacious and well-kept. Tea and coffee facilities were available.

I had some trouble with the noise at night. Music from nearby establishments continued late, impacting sleep quality and needing addressing.

clean room friendly staff

The room was very clean. The location was great, a short walk from the bus and train station it makes it easy to get around. Breakfast had so many choices and the staff was very friendly. Checkout at 12pm suited my travel plans SO WELL.

The tv did not have youtube or apps.

The location was central and close to the bus station. My room was surprisingly large and very clean. The breakfast included local haggis and was quite nice.

I noticed the absence of fans in the room which could make it stuffy on a warmer day.

the hotel is very close to public transport. i stored my luggage for several hours before check-in. directions were provided by the staff and were accurate.

my toilet didn't flush. the room was clean though. i felt it was not ideal.
